Tahini is our ubiquitous home sauce. It's also a great source for calcium for those who don't consume dairy products. Make this recipe to get a rich and super tasty sauce, my love likes so much, she can eat it each and every day, with literally EVERYTHING.

It all starts with
1/2 cup Tahini paste (or, for some more calcium, 1/4 cup light tahini + 1/4 cup whole tahini)
2 Garlic cloves
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
And this is how it gets done
Mince the garlic.
Add all ingredients - except for the water - to a mixing bowl.
Stir and add water gradually.
Keep stirring until all turns white.
Spread in a pita bread with a slice of tomato and some olives, to get the best basic sandwich ever.
