An old favorite of my love from her pre-vagen days, and maybe the easiest-to-make vegan dish ever.

It all starts with
400gr Brussels Sprouts, cut into halves
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
And this is how it gets done
Cut the Brussels sprouts into halves.
Put in a mixing bowl and season with all ingredients.
Add olive oil and mix to get all the sprouts covered with seasoning.
Spread evenly on a baking tray.
Put in pre-heated oven set on grill for 10-20 minutes, depending on how crispy you'd like them to get.
Serve with some more olive oil, and you can even add a splash of lemon juice.
