Scarcity is a babysitter of invention; this yummy desert is a classic tale of making a late night sweet tooth fix, with whatever's left in the pantry.
It all starts with
200 gr dark chocolate
1 1\2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 1\2 tbsp silan (date molasses)
2 cups Cheerios (the vegan kind)
And this is how it gets done
Melt the chocolate bar and coconut oil in a bowl over boiling water.
When it's all smooth as one, take bowl out and set on workspace.
Add peanut butter and silan, and stir.
Add the Cheerios, 1/2 cup at a time, while constantly stirring against the cooling cauldron.
When it's all one mix, pour in a container laid with baking paper, allowing the mix level to be 1 1/2 inches high.
Put in the freezer for at least half an hour. The more you can contain yourself the better, they say. But if you just made this dessert, and haven't already tasted the mix in its molten form, than you have much more resolve than I.
